The latest technical developments make it difficult to ignore that "the real world" is entering our classrooms more easily. Following this trend, we incorporate authentic digital, written or visual materials to make our lessons more engaging. But how can we choose the best authentic material to help our learners to find their voice in a foreign language?

In this interactive workshop, we want to focus on how the learners can benefit from exploiting such material and how it can influence their language skills. We also want to take a look at the advantages and disadvantages of this approach.
